Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Implement the sourcing strategy for each search, and source candidates for external job searches from networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, the client’s database and employee referrals. -Conduct web searches in compliance with OFCCP regulations. -Manage the internal posting process for all jobs in related client area, in support of and in compliance with the clients HR protocols. -Post jobs for the approved time frame. -Monitor and screen all candidates who apply, maintaining compliance with the OFCCP regulations, respond to clients in a timely manner. -Update and status candidates in the client’s database in a timely and accurate manner following the defined process steps. -In conjunction with the RRM and Hiring Manager, develop an effective compelling presentation to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates. -Proactively network and seek out the right candidates in an expeditious and most cost effective manner. -Qualify candidates for cultural, financial and experience fit, utilizing behavioral based approach utilizing the screening criteria defined by the client. -Utilize business and client networks to market career/client opportunities. -Utilize and maintain all records in the clients’ database following the protocols and processes outlined by the client. -Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time and location. Job Description: Skills Required: Installation, administration, and support of the SAS Servers IT, ST, Prod & DR Business Intelligence, Customer Intelligence Solutions. Support the Hot Fix Installations, User Issues, & any other Maintenance issues. SAS Server has to be constantly backed up & has to be restored in case of server crash. Hands on Skills on Management Console Important are - Server Manager, User Manager, Authentication, Customer Intelligence, Setting up Logging. Setting up DB Connections from Management Console to Teradata. Support OS Upgrade, DB Driver upgrades. Monitor all the tiers Metadata, Compute & Web. Knowledge of Web Sphere & Single Sign on Configuration using LDAP & Web Sphere. Deploying web applications in Web Sphere. Promotion of Metadata such as libraries, metadata folders, information maps, campaigns, etc from one environment to another Supporting LSF (Load Sharing Facility) Services Scheduling Campaign Jobs, SAS Jobs on the Servers using Schedule Manager Monitor storage growth and work with user areas to develop purge criteria. Coordinate with other IT groups on performance, storage issues, etc. Performance tuning of both Server and Workstations. Implementation of upgrades and patches to both Server and Workstations. Perform code reviews to ensure proper design, standard, content and functionality. Monitoring of servers, databases and workstations to ensure availability and efficiency. Document operational processes and recovery procedures. Maintain environment configuration information. Administer user access and security on the system. Installation of SAS software on client desktops. Maintain the User Inventory & License Information. Support the Score File & other SAS Production Jobs. Support all the Score File Enhancements and Data issues. Create and maintain user profiles and groups consistent with security restrictions and performance considerations. Coordinate with IT Security as required" | ||||||
