"To pro-actively source candidates of all levels. The roles main focus is to find suitable candidates for clients job specifications. Responsibilities The role requires the individual to be involved in all stages of the recruitment process and selection of candidates. These include: Stage 1- Recruitment * Searching for suitable candidates using a variety of sources including hotlists, current Experis finishers, in-house database, external search engines, referrals and advertising * Attracting candidates to work through Experis by promoting Experiss services and clients * Managing applications and short listing suitable candidates within tight deadlines Stage 2 - Selection * Interview candidates for selection purposes to ensure technical as well as cultural fit (telephone or face to face where possible) * Fully qualify candidates on the role, location, rate, client requirements (such as credit checks or reference policies) * Prepare CVs for submission including filling in coversheets * Arrange and book interviews, brief and prepare candidates for interview Stage 3-Offer * Making offers to candidates * Taking references and any other post-sales activities required such as obtaining candidates identification and documents, limited company details etc Record Keeping and Administration * Maintaining Client and Applicant records to the standards laid down by the Employment Agencies Act. * Adhere to Equal Opportunities Act, Discrimination Act, Data Protection Act * Ensuring that any client/vacancy requirements are recorded in as much detail as possible * Ensuring that details of the recruitment process i.e. CVs sent, interviews arranged, vacancy requirements and placements are recorded in a timely and accurate fashion Business Development * Networking with applicants to generate more candidates. * Carry out action searches on the system. * Picking up leads from applicants over the phone or face to face. General * Research and present technical understanding on a regular basis * Specialise within several technologies to pro-actively build hot lists and an understanding of the candidates within that market. * Attend regular training workshops to improve knowledge and skills * Behave in a positive manner towards colleagues, clients and candidates * Undertake all duties in accordance with procedures in the Quality Assurance Manual * Ensure that own areas of work are serviced and covered thoroughly and efficiently * Any other duties commensurate with the post as directed by the appropriate Account Manager/Team Leader or Manager * Ability to provide information for contractors on Experiss range of products and services Person Specification Qualification: Degree level qualification or Degree calibre Experience: Must demonstrate potential to progress into or other sales-related roles within Experis. Commercial experience is not required. "To be responsible for the successful delivery of contingent recruitment services to a regional set of sites at one of Experis Key Clients. Managing vacancies through the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to acceptance, offer and start. The Account Executive will work with the Principle Resource Specialist to ensure coverage of all Contingent roles, engagement with managers for successful delivery to the account. General * To build strong relationships with key stakeholders across their business areas, working from a variety of client sites to raise the visibility of the Recruitment Team through regular hiring manager meetings. * Provide guidance to Hiring Managers in relation to the most appropriate sourcing strategies * Proactively market ManpowerGroup (Experis) and the service provided * To manage vacancies through the Client's recruitment system including management of candidates & 3rd party agencies as well as internal delivery teams throughout the hiring process. It may require chasing approvers as required. * To work with hiring managers to formulate a recruitment plan for all vacancies released to ensure a strong candidate pipeline can be provided for each vacancy. * To keep managers informed on the progress of their vacancies. * To work closely with their business areas to build strong relationships with key stakeholders so that they are able to offer advice and support around recruitment plans, market trends, forecasting, potential cost savings and recruitment best practice. * To work with the Senior team members to provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers. * To develop creative solutions to generate candidates working with the internal delivery teams and where appropriate develop and sustain good working relationships with recruitment suppliers - resourcing CVs for vacancies as required. * Provide CV and interview feedback to candidates and managers where necessary and to work with the internal delivery team to ensure they manage their candidates through the process. * To review all external recruitment with the hiring manager once completed. * To work closely with the delivery team to ensure all delivery SLAs are met - CV submission, organising of interviews, offers. * To work closely with the delivery team to share Client knowledge - new projects, forecast planning. Direct Recruitment * To make the Recruitment/Delivery Team aware of any external vacancies pending approval. * To introduce the Recruitment/Delivery Team into the recruitment process as soon as knowledge of a vacancy is received and to encourage the Recruiter to attend the job spec meeting and source a strong shortlist of candidates. Qualification A' level or Graduate level education. Experience * Demonstrable track record in contingent recruitment * Experience of working on a large and complex account * Prior experience in a on-site environment would be highly advantageous or ability to demonstrate awareness of demands of this type of environment especially for the on-site interviews with the client * Experience of managing client situations Skills, Knowledge & Attributes * Excellent presentations skills * Strong reporting skills * Organisational and administrative skills. * Excellent telephone skills (basic sales, message handling, service etc). * Good understanding of clients' market sector & knowledge of competitors. * Negotiation skills and problem solving skills. * Ability to project professionalism and personality on the phone and face to face. * Must be able to communicate with impact and confidence * Resilient, tough minded with a flexible attitude.
