Rachael Manning posted a job: 1x Site Planner Engineer is needed on a contract basis in Stockholm Sweden "Site Planner Engineer - Sweden 1x Site Planner Engineer is needed on a contract basis in Stockholm Sweden for one of our prestigious clients in telecommunications. Fluent Swedish and English is required for application. Start time is ASAP. Responsibilities: Responsible for site infrastructure and Site adaptation on fixed- and mobile sites. Including but not limited to; equipment- and rack allocation, trunk installation/allocation, fuse allocation, cable bridge/ladder installation and expansion, upgrade and installation of air cooling and power systems. This includes good cooperation and coordination between all internal departments and subcontractors. Preparing site installation documents, update- and create new drawings, layouts and floor plans, create work orders and updating the documentation and progress in our customer’s database and numerous support systems. Preparing material orders and pick lists with key- and enabling components. Responsible also to ensure that the material used is according to our customer’s specification and standard. Monitor progress and Quality of work performed on site by our ASP’s In conjunction the team responsibility is also to manage the Field Services in fixed- and mobile telecom network. Field Services is performed by a subcontracted partner. Since this is a small unit the staff has to be flexible and prepared to overlap each other’s work areas. The person in this position will work also with Site Management and SA/CW. This means Management of the infrastructure on sites in the network, such as towers, masts, cables, shelters, air cooling, and electric power issues etc. Qualifications: 5-8 years of working experience in data- and Telecommunication, experience in field operations and network build of mobile- and fixed Telecom networks. Good Knowledge of the different components, equipments and quality standards in a data- and telecom networks. Experience in preparing site installation documents, work orders and final documentation. Experience in site and infrastructure management, e.g. power, cooling solutions, site lease handling, towers, mast, building and maintenance procedures and regulations.
