SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Directly supervises (5-6) employees in the accounting department and their responsibilities which include staff accountants who support corporate and other site locations. • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, results driven, competitive, enthusiastic, a problem solver, quick learner, and enjoy working in a very fast paced environment. • Possess demonstrable, successful experience in telesales and/or professional services sales with a proven track record of producing tangible results. • Outstanding professional oral and written communication skills are essential, as well as interpersonal skills including exceptional listening and organizational skills. • Must have a passion for technology, sales, and a sincere interest in helping people to succeed in their careers at AZAD. • Required to be detail oriented and possess the abilities to multi-task and stay focused with frequent interruptions, while meeting deadlines. • Dependable and consistent, taking pride and ownership of work, as well as exercising personal commitment to quality. • Flexible, team player that enjoys opportunities to learn and take on more responsibilities. • Professional dress-code and demeanor. • A Bachelor Degree in a related field is a big plus.
