The role can be developed to suit the successful candidate, with opportunity available for both an Optical Product Manager role, and an Optical/IP Solutions manager role (including team management responsibility) Key Responsibilities: " Overall responsible for our clients Optical sales and related solutions to BT " Includes support existing Optical Business, network designs and contracts " Developing new Optical business, including Core and Access expansion opportunities " Responsible for business lifecycle from pre-sales, solution propositions, network design, to sales order process, in accordance with our clients systems " Maintain and developing related customer relationship and business engagement " For Management position, includes team management responsibility, including objective setting and team/individual performance management. Qualifications: " Bachelor or higher degree in related Telecommunication, computer science or related telecommunication discipline; " For Management position, above 5 years experience in telecommunication solutions roles and at least 2 years in senior team leading role. " Experience of Telecom architectures and network evolution with extensive knowledge, good understanding of the mobile broadband and fixed broadband networks.
