This website is being widely used for day-to-day tasks performing. - ALM is creating views on applications and their interaction with each other. Different types of interaction exist like UC4, MQ, Centrasite etc. These are stored in a manager (eg MQ Manager) and it would be a huge benefit for the modelers if we could import this data into MEGA and provide them with the necessary building blocks to create their views in the tool quickly by dragging and dropping already created artifacts on the diagrams. - Do UML design in MEGA => will need capex to perform. Rationalization of tooling will lead to decrease in cost and fewer tools will also facilitate the company when people move from one position into the other, only the method changes but the tools stay the same. - In order to increase performance of the tool, we could ask MEGA lab consultants to come onside and have a look at the bpost infrastructure and how we can improve it to increase the performance. Upgrade to the new version will not solve the issue in my opinion. Increased performance will benefit the adaptation of the tool among the community and will also result in cost saving because views are created faster. One way could be to go to a software installation on the laptops. Local installation of the tool connecting to the database is much more performant.
