Baroda Hire has started a discussion: Collabera Is Hiring A Java Technical Associate In Vadodara, Gujarat "• Job Title: Java Technical Associate • Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat • Shift Timings: 6pm – 4am IST (US Shifts) Job Description: • You will be part of a specialized team which constitutes Collabera’s Technology Competency Unit and is responsible for providing knowledge based staffing solutions to our client, • Assist Sales team in technical pre-sales motion in selling Collabera’s service offerings to large customers. • Provide high level of customer service • Own the candidate screening cell. • You will evaluate and identify the best resumes based on defined criteria in accordance with hiring guidelines and policies. • Your speed and accuracy are critical to ensure that all applicants are carefully considered and assessed in a timely manner, contributing to an overall positive experience the candidates and clients can expect. • Moreover, your aptitude for understanding various role specific qualifications and zeroing in on top talent for further consideration by our recruiting team and clients will help make a visible impact on the ability for company to achieve its ongoing growth objectives. • Own the core consultant engagement program and the consultant profiling process. • Provide suggestions, new ideas or alternatives to improve workflow • Training non-technical team members (sales and recruiters) on technology eco-system Required Skills: • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
