Job Responsibilities: • Resolve and address questions and concerns from customer in a timely manner. • Develop and maintain customer relationships; ensure excellent customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent Collabera experience for customer. • Act as bridge between client, Collabera departments and customer; provide feedback, counselling and training guidance as required. • Follow up with Red Flag (high risk) customer. • Must be willing to travel onsite as per need of business.
