The mission of Group Services is to provide the ING business partners (Finance, Risk, HR, securities, lending) with efficient solutions to support their current and future daily activities *You will work within the Solution Delivery Team HR & Procurement (change team) *You will report directly to the team manager of the dept *You will start with the implementation of a global E-procurement solution: “Hubwoo’” (Size: > 1500 mandays for the Belgian part, duration:preparation + 1 year implementation). This project is key and part of an ING strategic program “One bank procurement”. Job description Your responsibilities are as follows : * Delivery on time, on budget and on scope of the requirements. * You will put in place and maintain an integrated planning at all times. * Vendor/ Supplier management: Management and coordination of an off shore development work package. You will closely work together with the assigned supplier project manager on site in order to keep a clear view on scope, progress, milestones and possible risk & issues. * Coordination of the delivery of all documents as from initiation of the project (e.g. project PID and Solution Architecture a.o.). * Compliance with the project governance of ING throughout the project lifecycle. * Leading, Coordination and people management of a cross functional project team of experts. You will pro actively manage resource capacity in order to deliver within proposed planning. Your profile Knowledge and experience * You are familiar with the financial and/or procurement world.
