Functie inhoud: -Ondersteunt en adviseert in de aanbestedingsfase begroters, door het uitwerken van overall planningen en globale werkmethoden die als basis dienen voor het opstellen van kostprijsbegrotingen -Werkt effectieve, gedetailleerde werkmethoden en -instructies uit -Stelt efficiënte, tot op detail uitgewerkte plannen en (tijd)schema's op ten einde tijdige levering van materieel, goederen en diensten te waarborgen en de uitvoering optimaal te ondersteunen -Zorgt voor de bewaking van de voortgang en de kosten op de bouwplaats, signaleren van afwijkingen en doen van voorstellen voor bijsturing maatregelen, zodanig dat projecten conform tijdsplanning, werkbegroting en specificaties kunnen worden gerealiseerd -Stimuleert en registreert evaluatie- en ervaringsgegevens, nacalculaties, etc. ten behoeve van het projectinformatiesysteem en het gebruiken hiervan zodanig dat er voldoende informatie beschikbaar is over projecten -Begeleidt en stuurt (aankomend) werkvoorbereiders aan op het project -Bijhouden van ontwikkelingen op het vakgebied -Er op toezien dat binnen de afdeling werkvoorbereiding volgens het eigen kwaliteitssysteem wordt gewerkt Kennis: -HTS Civiele Techniek of middels praktijkervaring dit niveau bereikt -VOL- VCA -Meerjarige ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen de discipline beton, indicatief 6 jaar (senioriteit) Vaardigheden/eigenschappen: -beschikt over goede contactuele vaardigheden -Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge uitdrukkingsvaardig¬heid -Correspondentie in correct Nederlands voeren -Zelfstandig -Zorgvuldig in omgang met documenten van vertrouwelijke aard -Sterk in het werken met strakke procedures en richtlijnen Competenties: -Werken in teamverband -Flexibiliteit -Probleemanalyse -Plannen en organiseren -Stressbestendigheid -Verzamelen van informatie -Zelfvertrouwen Deze functie is een full-time functie (40 uur).
