"Description: As part of the HSN Digital team, this role will provide support to colleagues in Merchandising and Marketing, ensuring site content aligns to business strategies and makes effective use of available site real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong skills and background in digital merchandising, user experience design, and project management. Responsibilities include: • Set strategic direction for digital content on HSN.com, our mobile platforms, and other new media. • Conceive and execute strategic interactive applications to maximize the user experience, generate brand awareness, and increase promotional opportunities. • Support network-wide events in the digital space. • Oversee project management and delivery of new content assets, including editorial content, promotional content, streaming video, and interactive experiences • Integrate and manage banner and video advertising on HSN.com and mobile properties • Partner with cross-functional groups to execute promotions on the site to support online sales. • Conduct A/B tests to iterative maximize content effectiveness • Lead, facilitate, and manage content projects from concept to launch • Refine and enforce the process through which rotational content is planned, developed, deployed, and verified • Write and present project production plans including business and functional requirements, interactive wireframes, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets. • Communicate and build relationships with Digital Merchandising, Core Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing. • Communicate and build relationships with Creative, Technology/Site Production, and Digital Product Management. Qualifications: • BS/BA Degree • 5-7 years of experience in Ecommerce, Interactive Strategy, User Experience Design, Content Management. • Advanced level A/B testing. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. • Self-starter with proven experience in optimizing current methodologies as needed. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet the needs of multiple parties Preferred: • MBA would be preferred."
