Subject: URGENT !!! 3 Project Managers needed for 6 - 12 Months Contract with Large MNC Client in KL / PJ / Subang Jaya, MALAYSIA Kemal Gill posted a job: URGENT !!! 3 Project Managers needed for 6 - 12 Months Contract with Large MNC Client in KL / PJ / Subang Jaya, MALAYSIA "We are looking for 3 Project Managers (PMs) for 3 projects for one of our large MNC client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The projects are Crew Learning Management System (CLMS), Call Centre Transformation (CCTP) and Turnaround Tracking System (T@TS). - CLMS is an E-learning system that will enable staff to access to the learning and training system from anywhere. - CCTP project involves installation of new systems and tools and also integration to existing systems within client's environment. - T@TS is the implementation of Ground Resource Management System project to replace the existing ground resource schedule system. To manage the implementation of these projects, our client requires a dedicated PM resource for each project to ensure that the activities are well coordinated, project objectives are met and in compliance with client's governance. The roles of PM are: 1. Responsible for all the management of projects/programs at strategic and senior stakeholder level 2. Responsible for stakeholder engagement at senior management and C level 3. Provide Single Point of Accountability for projects/programs deliverables 4. Responsible for project management standard deliverables such as progress report, project control, change management, periodic reporting, risk & issues and financials 5. Ensure technical activities such as Detailed Design Review, System Integration Test, Non-Functional Test, UAT Review, and Cutover Readiness Review are performed 6. Assess network and hardware capacity requirement and provide recommendation 7. Implement and track adherence to Client's IT Self Project Governance Model 8. Provide technical assistance and advice 9. Responsible as the overall Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of the system and within the required specifications and budget PM requirements are: 1. Minimum 10 years of PM role and at least 2 successful IT infrastructure project implementation 2. Well versed in English and pleasant personality 3. Capable of operating in difficult environment 4. Capable of developing strategies and carry out strategies independently In addition to the above, supporting requirements but not mandatory are as follows: 1. PMP/PRINCE certified and/or equivalent 2. Strong in presentation skills and Project Governance 3. Experience in managing projects in area of end-user computing (EUC), Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) and/or Service Transition. 4. Able to plan, implement, communicate and measure change management projects. 5. Ability to drive aggressive timelines for implementation. 6. Previous experience in solutioning and architecture is an added plus but not mandatory. 7. Experience in IT environment The duration of the projects are between 6 to 12 months, with an option for extension, based on merit & performance upon the completion of the first 6 months.
