As a result they are now seeking exceptional individuals who can develop new business opportunities and they require a Business Development Director. You can be based in London or the West Midlands. Role: Generating new sales from both existing customers and new clients. Selling across the companies range of services including permanent and contract recruitment and value added services. Working with Directors and sales managers in developing successful sales strategies and delivering against annual sales budgets. Working alongside the recruitment teams to identify lucrative new business wins. Working with recruitment teams to ensure customer expectations are being met and exceptional recruitment solutions are delivered. Working towards company vision and mission statements. Remuneration: The company are offering a salary of 50 to 60k plus car allowance of 4k plus commission OTE being 150K in the first year, plus company benefits.
