PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT AND LEAD IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT Role: • Implementation of payroll and HRIS system for clients • Leading a full implementation cycle with hands on activities – requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration and testing • Monitoring the status of the project and reporting to client and internal stakeholders • Work closely with client and internal team for delivery • Participate in pre-sales/business development • Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation like configuration guide, user guide Skills Required: • Must have expertise in Australia payroll implementation and statutory requirements • Experience in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia payroll implementation and statutory requirements • SQL/PL SQL knowledge and hands on experience • Good communication and soft skills • Exposure in HRIS system implementation will be added advantage • 6-7 years of work experience • Relevant Bachelor's Degree LEAD FOR IMPLEMENTATION TEAM Role: • Manage a team of payroll/HRIS Implementation consultants • Active involvement in pre-sales/business development and initiatives in the organization • Plan, allocate and monitoring the implementation projects • Plan, allocate and monitor the team members activities • Status reporting to the supervisor and internal management • Review the Implementation strategy and continuously improve the process/approach working with internal teams • Work with internal and global teams for delivery and new contracts Skills Required: • Must have team leadership/manager experience managing a team of direct reportees of size around 8 to 10 members • Must have expertise in multiple country Payroll and HRIS implementation • SQL/PL SQL knowledge and hands on experience • Must have good communication and soft skills Interested candidates are requested to sent their CVs ASAP to recruit@webecome.com.
