We are seeking a highly competent and innovative Senior RTD Industrial Engineer to join the Industrial Engineering team.The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining decision support systems for WIP management to drive manufacturing excellence.This would include gaining a comprehensive understanding of the existing systems and applications, developing, implementing and configuring dispatching rules, mathematical models, reporting systems and performance dashboards to help the fab consistently meet cycle time, on-time delivery and throughput goals. This position reports to the Director of Industrial Engineering and Production Control. Desired Skills & Experience •Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline and 6+ years of experience. Master’s degree preferred. •Extensive experience with APF RTD in the semiconductor industry. •Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) •Strong interpersonal, project management and execution skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and grasp complex automated systems. •Self-starter with the ability to juggle project priorities depending on business needs. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Per ITAR regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen, legal resident, or have granted asylum or refugee status in the U.S. If interested please send your resume and cover letter with your salary range in word format at trish.gomez@bridgepointepartners.com or you can reach me at 4153667198."
