"Location: Berlin Connecticut Job Category: HR and Recruitment Jobs Employment Type: Contract Job Description: DESCRIPTION The HR Compensation Analyst will be assisting in the development and administration of all compensation plans and programs, including the following: •Analyzes broad-based (non-union and union) and executive compensation with respect to survey and Proxy data •Assists with the design, modelling, implementation, and administration of the company's broad-based and executive compensation programs •Monitors competitive trends in broad-based compensation and identifies the company's position •Documents and evaluations positions up through middle management •Prepares data and participates in surveys •Supports analysis related to executive compensation to be presented to the Compensation Committee, including coordination with the Committee's compensation consultant •Provides data for the compensation tables in the annual Proxy filing •Coordinates with equity record keeper to reconcile data and ensure equity reports are current and accurately reflect holdings and transactions •May be asked to conduct research regarding tax, legal and accounting regulations pertaining to executive compensation Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline along with 10 years related experience are required. Advanced degree strongly preferred •Ability to think strategically and assimilate detailed analyses of complex data gathered from a variety of sources into actionable broad-based and executive compensation plans •Work as part of a team as well as independently •Ability to build collaborative work relationships •Strong decision-making abilities as well as the application of sound judgment •Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects with short deadlines •Strong organization and planning skills •Demonstrable knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley controls preferred SKILLS Sarbanes-Oxley controls preferred If this is a role that you are interested in, then please send your CV ....http://ht.ly/6ZkDl"
