This position would be based in China & Malaysia. OSS Product Management Specialist: is responsible for OSS product development and enhancement The candidate who fulfills at least one of the further requirements will be considered as well. 1) Major OSS vendor such as Amdocs/ Cramer, Oracle/ Metasolv, Telcordia/ Granite, Infovista, Comptel, Comarch, Netcracker, Fastwire, Subex/ Syndesis, Harris/NetBoss, Teoco/TTI and etc. 2) Leading OSS Consulting IT Provider such as IBM, Accenture, HP, Tech Mahindra and etc. 3) Leading telecom vendors such as NSN (OSS), Ericsson (OSS), Alcatel Lucent (OSS) and etc. 4) Tier 1 or 2 service providers have more than 15 years of building, developing and managing BSS/OSS programs with more than one large Service Provider:- a) Holding positions such as Head of OSS, VP IT/ CIO (with OSS focus), Head of Operation & Maintenance, Head of Network Operation, Head of NOC, OSS Principal and etc. b) More than 10 years of direct involvement in OSS with more than one service provider c) Have involve in building, developing or managing OSS programs/ projects for their employers particularly those who have led a major OSS business transformation d) Those who have managed cross border Network operation will also be favored.
