For more info, visit www.ibexi.com We are looking for Implementation Engineers / BAs "Role- Implementation Engineer / Business Analyst Experience – 1-3 years Location- Mumbai / Bangalore with overseas travel Role expectation- We are seeking professionals with 1-3 years relevant experience as Implementation Engineers. Role requirements- 1-3 years experience in implementation of major applications in any area – Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Business Processes in the domain of specialization. Strong analytical skills and entitiy relationship knowledge Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, screen and database design including normalization Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites Exposure to client interaction for requirements analysis, application support, defect analysis/resolution, Onsite customer interaction for UAT support/operations support/requirement gathering Experience in Life or non-life / P&C insurance with exposure to a policy admin system- like INGENIUM, Life Asia, Life 400, IDIT/E-Bao Tech / FirstGen / Premia /Policy400 - will be preferred Experience in insurance is preferred Responsibilities- Create and maintain functional or technical documentation related to the application Configure application for given business requirements Conduct independent gap analysis for small user requirements System testing for complex functionals Formulation and execution of a module SIT Test Plan Provide support during UAT Train peers on skills learnt, improve team knowledge and skills Identify and introduce process improvements Lead /guide a small team Learn related modules using User Guide, hands-on experiments Suggest and implement process improvements whenever needed Pl apply at careers@ibexi.com"
