The IT operations support (OPS) consultant is responsible for monitoring, incident management and maintenance of several applications in the IT landscape . The main tasks of this support role consist of: •Executing the daily checks to ensure proper functionality of the application and all of its interfaces. •Problem and incident management • Change management: act upon both standard (as described in IT’s service catalogue) and none-standard change requests in the agreed SLA time-frame.
