We have great company culture, special perks related to our industry, projects you can sink your teeth into, and fantastic compensation and benefits.   The Role:   As our Senior Business Analyst on the IT team, you will support and enhance the SAP and several other HR software systems for HR and business stakeholders.  You will create the functional deliverables of the SDLC (requirements, process flows, functional designs, etc.) and work cross-matrix to implement changes.  You will analyze and prioritize issues and enhancement opportunities on existing applications, as well as work on all new projects.   This Senior Analyst will also play a leadership role on the team, helping with the shaping and execution of the strategic direction for systems, and the mentoring of other business systems analysts.   SAP HR and its modules will be your initial focus, but you will work over time with a variety of HR systems.     ·        Be the primary liaison to HR and business for all things SAP and HR systems. ·        Gather and define functional, usability, reliability, and performance requirements in partnership with users for the implementation and enhancement of software systems. ·        Collaborate with project stakeholders by collecting and analyzing all requirements to create business specifications; Translate business specs into application functionality. ·        Be a collaborator and also an advocate for best solutions. ·        Coordinate with offshore development teams where applicable. ·        Create well-documented and accurate functional designs, mapped to architectural or business requirements, and communicate those designs to the development teams. ·        Document and execute system, performance, and user-acceptance test plans to ensure that the system changes are error-free and meet approved requirements and designs. ·        Manage projects involving business system implementations, upgrades, and process ·        Establish project timeframes and priorities.   Key Experience Sought:   ·        SAP R/3,  SAP ECC 6.0 ·        SAP Modules related to:  Personnel Administration (PA), Travel Management, Benefits, Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Emplo... http://bull.hn/l/V73S/1"
