Infinite Recruiting Resources is hiring IT, Healthcare, and Professional Services Recruiters to help fill contract and permanent positions. To succeed in this role, we prefer a foundation of recruiting knowledge (1-3 years of experience as a sourcer, or as an entry-level recruiter). Experience recruiting for IT or Technology positions is preferred, however not required. You will manage a full-life cycle recruiting process from sourcing/lead generation to candidate screening, qualifying, rate/salary negotiation and background checks. You must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work in a fast paced industry. Requirements: •1 to 3 years of experience as an Entry-Level Recruiter preferred •Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude. •Must enjoy, and be COMFORTABLE on the phone calling into potential candidates. •Must work well under pressure and tight timelines •Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates within CRM. •Possess a proficiency in social media, social recruiting, LinkedIn highly preferred. •Desire to increase personal income and grow professionally! •IT or Technology staffing experience is a plus!
