Group: Technology Recruiters Subject: Senior Business Analyst Brad Middleton posted a job: Senior Business Analyst "Senior SA/BA Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Reviews and analyzes user requirements to develop detailed functional specifications. * Performs system gap analysis to assist in the development of technical specifications. * Creates detailed use case and test case materials for quality assurance. * Must effectively communicate with customers, business teams, and technical teams to develop organized and detailed specifications. * Must have previous and recent BSA experience working on IT specific projects. * Must have hands on experience in Visio, MS-Project, and MS-Office tools * Gather requirements and work with the end/business users (agile methodology too) * Work with developers (clarification of requirements) * Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization. * QA background (assist in testing/pre-QA) * Experience with web-based development * Strong business/systems analysis background with roles served specifically in IT; must have led multiple requirements initiatives for projects at one time. * Must be able to work with aggressive timelines and challenging customers. * Ability to create use case and test case materials for IT projects. *Over-arching - ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced, customer driven environment* Some of the tools we use: * Agile Zen (plan to go to Rally) for Agile Methodology * Quality Center for defect tracking.
