Orange Antelopes focuses on three verticals – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Skill Development.  At Orange Antelopes we believe our success is tied to the success of our team and our customers.  Job Description We are a fast growing startup in the Talent space and are looking for Talent Scounts/Recruiters for our Managed Recruitment service offering in Hyderabad and in Bangalore. We work with some niche product development organisations and ore helping them with their growth. We are looking for candidates who love recruiting people who can network, identify great talent and talent pools, are excited about sourcing and want try out new things in the area of Talent Acquisition.   Responsibilities: • As an expert, provide input on the where and how to find functional talent (best sourcing channels and methods), including labor market consultation, competitive intelligence, and how to position opportunities with our customers. • Accountable for the on-going cultivation and evaluation of new candidate sourcing channels and methods. • Build candidate relationships and keep them warm. • Conduct the sourcing of candidates by utilizing various methods. Your ability to think out of the box would be critical. • Lead sourcing strategy throughout the open position life-cycle. Coordinate activities, time commitments/availability based on sourcing process and team inputs on prioritization of work. Drive effective partnerships with our customers. Articulate challenges and solutions • Apply defined sourcing process (transactional or pipeline) to ensure most effective use of time and to drive results. • Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by performing preliminary phone screen assessments. Evaluate ‘hot button’ motivators of passive and active candidates and influence candidate decision making. • Assist in the coordination and communications as appropriate to target population http://bull.hn/l/XCA8/2"
