Job Description: JD – TSM -Fruits & Vegetables Designation Territory Sales Manager- Fruits & Vegetables Grade/s Senior Executive/Asst.Manager Location Bangalore Number of Reportees NA Reason for Existence (Objective/s Statement) : Steer and owning the retail fruits and vegetables foray for the assigned geography and responsible for implementing the firmed up ‘Go to Market’ model for MYA F&V in the assigned geography. Responsible for meeting all business goals/plans for the F&V Vertical in the assigned geography. Goals: o In the assigned geography and based on sound data and market intelligence identify, prioritize geographies/markets which will be well receptive to MYA retail F&V foray. o In the assigned geography Identify, negotiate and sign up retail space for exclusive MYA F&V stores as per MYA business model. o In the assigned geography Identify routes for Retail Kiosk Model and ensure plying of the Retail Kiosk is conducted efficiently and accurately. o In the assigned geography identify large apartment complexes, engage with association and obtain permissions to set up shop in shop in large apartment complexes. o Dimension vending hours: route KM: households: conversion: ticket size ratio. o Area demarcation and route ownership o Liaise with delivery team and ensure ordered stocks are delivered daily and regularly. o Ensure sold F&V is deposited /collected by banker as per MYA policy. o Plan optimally to ensure required product mix is provided for which accounts for higher gross margins. o Ensure all KPI’s like sales per day, revenue per day, waste %,route km covered, ticket size,. o Minimal wastage/dump.o Plan back to back arrangements for the dump/wastage and ensure buy backs from identified signed up caterers/hoteliers. o Sales Planning & Tracking o Responsible for developing of process and programs which will ensure accurate  Consumer Satisfaction,  Wider penetration  Deeper off take with customer o Ensure and plan effective attendance of operators -100% operation of kiosk o Proactively anticipate potential issues which could trigger potential trade conflict and minimize. o Anticipate any trade conflict that may arise and proactively resolve. o Ensure productivity goals of the operators are tracked and delivered upon. o Competition tracking, market intelligence Supervised by Regional Sales Manager- Fruits & Vegetables Team composition (if any) NA External Linkages (within the company or outside) TSM Activities Involves downward /upward functional interaction at local and Intra functional interaction & Customer interaction Required Qualification/ Work experience Graduate /MBA Work Experience – 3-10 years in Sales, preferably 2-5 years in Dairy, FMCG & Milk Industry’s.
