Description: Guident is looking for an experienced Oracle R12 federal financials functional consultant. The successful candidate will be part of a team of functional and technical consultants implementing a full fledged federal financial management system. The job responsibilities include process discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, leading or supporting conference room pilot (CRP) sessions, supporting development, testing and deployment of the solution. The sucessful candidate must be well versed with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM) having done at least two full life cycle implementations of Oracle E-Business Suite based financial management systems using Oracle's Application Implementation Method (AIM) or the OUM. The tasks include working with the other team members and the customer for developing and documenting functional design specifications, system testing plans, integration and user acceptance test plans. The successful candidate will work closely with the customer, third party contractors  and other members of the team and as such must have excellent written and and verbal communication skills and demonstrated superior overall consulting skills. The applicable E-Business Suite modules are GL, AP, AR, PO, and Oracle Loans - therefore demonstrable experience in these modules is a must. Must Have Skills / Experience - Minimum of 6 years as a functional consultant for Oracle E-Business Suite R11i and/or R12 - In depth knowledge of functionality and capabilities of two or more of the R12 modules - GL, AP, PO, AR, Oracle Loans - At least two full life cycle implementations using AIM or OUM - Experience with configuration management tools and methods such as IBM ClearQuest and ClearCase - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills / Experience - Experience with Oracle On Demand   EOE M/F/D/V http://bull.hn/l/X8KE/4"
