"Job: 3 month Contract Recruiting Assistant in Toronto, ON Canada Experis is looking for a Recruiting Assisant for a 3 month contract. As a Recruiting Assistant you will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced global profesional resourcing organization. The Recruiting Assistant is an key partner in managing recruiting activities, building candidate networks, working effectively with internal and external clients and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice. Duties: Sourcing and building candidate talent pools Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates  Updating candidate records and job postings in candidate database. Conducting references Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred Customer/Client service background with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations Previous coordinating experience in a metrics driven environment.
