Description: Duties:  Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and track requirements for changes to business processes and information systems.  Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering sessions, business process descriptions, scenarios, and data analysis.  Proactively communicates and collaborates with project stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements, in an Agile/SCRUM environment.  Communicates status and issues frequently to the Project Manager and the Tech Lead/Architect. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required. Experience & Skills Required: • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the information technology industry; • Minimum of 7 years of experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering sessions, business process descriptions, scenarios, data analysis, and observation; • Demonstrated experience with Agile/SCRUM • Experience engaging in multiple projects simultaneously; • Experience gathering information from multiple sources, reconciling requirements conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details; • Must have effective interpersonal skills, and a track record of great communication with the business unit, the technical team, and team managers; • Must have a track record of identifying stakeholders and determining their importance to the scope of the project; • Experience distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs; • Experience collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs; • Experience working with team managers or project managers to evaluate the cost/benefit analysis on requirement requests a... http://bull.hn/l/X8QV/6"
