Over the past 10 years this agency has developed excellent client and candidate relationships within the city and wider markets. They have invested heavily into training plans, career development opportunities and the internal support structures which include a fantastic IT system. The ideal candidate will benefit from a warm base of accounts to service & develop but must be happy to develop new business relationships and manage the whole recruitment process without micro management or KPI's. Ideally you will come from an IT or Digital Media Recruitment environment but alternatively if you have a strong, stable and successful recruitment background in another sector and a genuine interest in the digital media you could be of real interest to our client. You will need to enjoy working in a supportive, fast paced, autonomous team environment and be passionate about developing your career in recruitment.
