"Manning Global Group is currently looking for Country Manager for a permanent position for one of our international clients in the Telecommunication area, based in Nigeria. Job Summary: The country manager maintains country operations by supporting the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities: · Responsible in running the complete operations of the company in the country · Plan & ensure all required resources meet set targets and objectives · Hands-on follow up on the execution of the project · Manage & maintain proper business relationship with customers, banks, auditors & lawyers · Implement strategies & action plan for the local entity together with Projects Director & HO management team •Follow up with OMs projects’ timelines as scheduled •Ensure delivery of projects with the required conditions •Ensure that productivity, performance & quality targets are met •Identify technical trainings and required on-job technical coaching for staff across all projects •Ensure proper functioning of the projects while maintaining a low employee turnover rate · Responsible in leading, developing and supporting the team towards successful business operation as one entity. · Manage all functional departments; Admin, Finance, HR, Sales, Technical & Operational · Manage key customer relationships and actively develop new business opportunities •Oversee the overall financials of the country •Review and monitor cash flow and financial statements •Ensure that budgeted figures are met (gross & net profit margins) while focusing on cost reduction •Negotiate and acquire credit facilities from banks •Ensure timely project reporting to the head office •Deliver timely project consolidated progress reports Deliver timely project consolidated financial & cost reports Qualifications: •A University degree •Minimum 10 years of experience in related industry (of which at least 3 years are in the African Market. · Must speak English, Arabic & French · Verbal and written communication techniques; Reporting and respect of report deadlines · MS Office; Team spirit, Initiative, Leadership, Communication, Professionalism, Integrity, Team Management, Organization Methodology, Project Management, Persuasion/ Influence, Self Confidence, Conflict Management. · Customer Oriented & Result Oriented · Change management If you are interested, please submit your CV in English and Word Doc format to Anabelle Gelle at sales@manningglobal.com with reference LIAG/CM-Nigeria-13820 or call +49 89 2388 9842 for more info."
