Job Description: JOB SUMMARYThe Human Resources Generalist is responsible for administering human resources policies, procedures, and programs. This position coordinates the implementation of services in areas such as employment, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and compensation in compliance with all state and federal regulations. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS? Administer personnel policies, procedures, and programs.? Manage recruiting and onboarding process.? Consult with supervisors and management personnel on various HR issues ranging from Company policy interpretation to implementation and compliance issues.? Manage employment activities including onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations.? Prepare and process employment forms including new hire paperwork, I-9s, E-Verify, status changes, terminations.? Prepare and maintain job documentation, and performance evaluation systems.? Manage employee relations issues. ? Coordinate employee benefits administration with corporate benefits manager.? Serve as resource and coach to management personnel. ? Assist in administering the tuition reimbursement program.? Maintain human resource database, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.? Perform research and prepare reports and presentations as required.? Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.? Support safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations.MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration with a minimum of two years related experience or training required. A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
