Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Hiring: Sharepoint Infrastructure Engineer Ashwini M posted a job: Hiring: Sharepoint Infrastructure Engineer "Hiring: Sharepoint Infrastructure Engineer Location: NYC Duration -6 months+ Rate - $60/hr c-c DOE Required: Deep understand of SharePoint Infrastructure internals such as Excel Services, SSP, WebParts, solutions, IIS, SP Search, Central Admin, stsadm commands, migrations, etc. • Deep understanding of underlying OS internals • Excellent problem solver and proficient with tools needed to troubleshoot the SharePoint platform, OS & infrastructure such as sysinternals tools, Fiddler, WinDbg, etc. • Experience creating & customizing templates, workflows, etc. • Expertise with tools like SPD and InfoPath • Deep understanding of Windows 2003 Enterprise Server Strong experience with SQL programming and relational databases • Excellent client communications skills and self-starter • Team player with strong sense of commitment & drive towards providing solutions and problem resolution • Experience of work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Experience with networking concepts and technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP and other web protocols, proxies and load balancers • Experience with Windows technologies such as SMTP, Active Directory, mail exchanges, etc. with respect to how it relates to SharePoint • Experience with SSO (SiteMinder or NTLM/Kerberos) • Experience with performance management tools such as perfmon and analysis of data with regards to capacity management • Experience with and Proficient in documenting, building, configuring, maintaining and troubleshoot large farms • Experience with x64 platforms • Experience or comfortable with working with Linux based systems is a plus since we interface with non-Windows systems. Deep understanding of SharePoint 2010 • Deep understanding of SharePoint 2007 internals, APIs, WebServices & features like integration w/Office, Excel Server, BDC etc. • In-depth understanding of object-oriented (OO) concepts, programming and systems design • Extensive experience in the Windows programming and development environment, including .NET and ASP.NET • Expertise in core Windows C# programming language • SharePoint Online experience • Experience in C++ Development • Experience with multi-tier distributed applications design and development • Experience with XML, XSL, XPATH, SOAP, • • Financial Industry experience Email resumes to ashwini@vergeinfotech.com.
