"Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, The HR Director, is responsible for designing and implementing HR policies and programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development in a fast paced, global, rapid growth environment. The Director of HR will manage the recruiting process and implement programs to both attract and retain talent critical to scaling the business. Additionally, the Director of HR will work with senior management and employees to foster an open and collaborative culture whereby employees are held accountable and are truly valued as a key asset within the company. The Director of HR role will be viewed as the subject matter expert for all HR related matters. We are looking for a talented, driven individual to join a fascinating team in its growth mode. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies and programs as required by the business and compliant with applicable laws • Develop employee oriented company culture emphasizing high performance, accountability and constant employee development in line with company objectives • Develop initiatives and support the growth of the HR organization in international locations of the company. • Insure accuracy of all job descriptions across all company employees • Develop and managing employee orientation and training program for constant staff development on HR policies and company mission and vision • Manage recruiting and staffing process for the company. • Maintain employee performance management, identify opportunities for improvement and review with department leads • Administration of employee benefits and compensation packages • Lead initiative to align overall compensation structure (salary and benefits) with benchmarks in the industry to be able to attract and retain talent. • Maintain compliance of all employee policies and regulations based on State and Federal requirements • Provide companywide communication and manage company events and activities • Manage outside consulting services and insure employee safety, health and happiness • Develop and monitor annual department budget which includes employee recognition programs, activities and benefits • Consult with legal advisers and outside counsels on HR related complex matters • Review, guide and approve management recommendations on employee hiring and terminations • Lead implementation and development of HR software systems • Develop and manage programs and activities to help align company staff with company goals and objectives • participate in management meetings and activities as required Desired Skills & Experience Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience of HR management and leadership in a technology company, preferable in a software company. • Past experience in building an HR department. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related concentration • Strong written, oral communication, coaching and presentation skills • Serve as successful participant of Sr. Management team, provide leadership and direction • Excellent computer skills, strong knowledge of Word, Excel, experience with various HR and ERP systems • Strong project management, time management, problem solving and leadership skills • Experience of working in a fast growing company, manage and architect change • Experience expanding international operations • Ability to develop strong relationships with senior management and company employees • Ability to develop HR policies and implement systems based on business requirements and company objectives • Experience of implementing policies and systems to manage out of state and international employees Please send CV and a cover letter to contactus@thetalentsolution.com"
