Here is the brief  of requirement  we have.   Job Title               :               Base 24 Developer          Location               :               Columbus, OH  Duration              :               6+ Months Contract # of Positions    :               1                                Skills Required:                  General Requirement : Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming to satisfy business requirements. Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple design techniques. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level technical resource.   Specific Requirement : This position is responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications primarily on BASE24, to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas.   The duty includes: Hands-on new development as well as support Maintenance or enhancement of existing applications Support testing in all phases during the project development cycle Work closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes Research and evaluate alternative solutions and makes recommendations.   Technical Must Have: Programming Experience (at least 10 Years) on TAL, COBOL/SCOBOL. Hands-on BASE24 ATM/POS (Classic) software engineering experience.
