Shane Caldwell posted a job: Onsite PMO Recruitment Manager-El Segundo "Job Description: Onsite PMO Recruitment Manager The Onsite PMO Recruitment Manager will have accountability for the execution of services provided to one or more key IT Enterprise Program and Project Management practice clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, ensuring recruitment process flow consistency, and timeline and expectation setting. The Recruitment Delivery Account Manager is responsible for providing client staff augmentation support that includes providing recruitment and candidate thought leadership and counsel. This position interfaces with multiple client leaders and will be accountable to delivering on a variety of IT Program and Project Management staffing needs across the client business. Responsibility Areas: • Plan and execute staff augmentation recruitment services for assigned client which includes understanding the current and future hire demand requirements of client and coordinating with Prosum HR, Staffing, and other sources as appropriate to plan for timely delivery of new hire placements. • Act as primary liaison with Client, Practice Leaders, Prosum HR and Staffing to identify process gaps, and collaborate with all appropriate parties to formulate solutions that facilitate timely candidate submissions and placements. • Educate client and practice on market conditions and trends. • Stay current on competitor hiring practices and market trends through market intelligence gathering. • Work with the appropriate leadership team in sourcing, recruiting, or operations to assist with the scoping and sizing of staff augmentation requests that are submitted by the client. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications or Marketing or 8 years equivalent experience in a recruitment account management function with a large organization • Master’s Degree preferred Qualifications • Minimum of 8 years recruitment account or client management work experience • Proven success in IT or Project Management recruitment function with a large organization. Knowledge and Experience • Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle methodology, candidate process management, and industry standards. • Strong understanding of the Information Technology industry, specifically IT Program and Project Management methodologies, structures, skills, and attributes. • Knowledgeable about market trends and professional recruiting best practices. • Strong client management experience for project management specific roles. • Project management experience or substantial exposure to project-based work structures. • Experience in delivering customer support in a centralized model at either a large organization or Talent Search firm preferred. • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and labor laws. • Deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems preferred. • Ability to drive change and implement innovative new strategies which support the organization goals and objectives. • Excellent oral and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated executive presence, poise and professionalism. • Sales and marketing skills desirable. • Able to adapt to changing business priorities and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Strong action results orientation, highly self-motivated, and ability to work independently. Keen attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Adept at building excellent client relationships offering value-added insightful and strategic input to their business.
