Group: IT Recruiters Subject: William Bottriell posted a job: "Looking for a Digital Team Leader in London, United Kingdom Job Title: Team Lead – Commerce / Digital   Due to continued growth our client are setting up a dedicated commerce division to maximise revenue from existing clients and non FS accounts and to build a new client base.   The role will be as a hands on billing Manager, to focus on winning new business and Managing/developing existing accounts.   -              The focus will be on delivering IT across all verticals -              It will be dual desk, covering contract and permanent vacancies   Key responsibilities   -          Developing and building accounts, both leveraging our existing                relationships and new accounts -          New business development, helping us to increase the number of Non FS                clients -          Develop a strong database of candidates and ensure effective management                of candidate relationships -          Managing delivery performance of Resourcers/Consultants -          Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and Candidates -          Identifying contacts and creating strong networks within the IT market Place -          Ensure personal and team financial targets are met or exceeded   Experience and skills   -          A solid background of recruiting IT roles across a range of sectors and Disciplines -          You will need experience of recruiting for both large blue chip clients                and SMEs -          Previous experience of successfully managing accounts and developing new                business is essential -          You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead, coach and mentor                teams/individuals -          A successful track record of delivering and exceeding against set                financial targets -          Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with both                clients and candidates is essential. http://bull.hn/l/YPNG/"
