Direct Client YES Industry World's leading food manufacturers Position Commercial Pay Operations Specialist Location Mt.Olive, NJ Duration 01/28/2013 to 06/30/2013 Start Date 01-28-2013 No of Positions 1 Bill Rate: $20.00 per hour or $40K Job Detailed Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Procure to Pay Operations Specialist. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for consulting with clients and suppliers in the support of end to end procure to pay process and functional systems configuration/ deployment. This position will also be responsible for the operations support of the solution to include supplier process improvements, client and supplier training, data analysis and client services. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for the overall success of the client and supplier relationship of the Procure-2-Pay process. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • Skilled in Customer relationship management • Excellent communication skills • Good time management skills • Solid organizational skill set • Experience with Microsoft products – Word, Power point, Project, Outlook, Excel • Exposure to Procure to Pay process and systems • Experience with call ticketing systems • Contract management solutions Preferred Experience: • Highly skilled in Customer relationship management • Procure to Pay Experience – 3-5 yr • AP process knowledge – P2P end to end work stream • ERP Operations Procurement and Administrative solutions experience – SAP front /backend • Ability to train individuals on procurement applications • Very competent Excel experience (Including reporting configuration) • Experience with additional Microsoft products – Share point • Experience in conducting webinars • Exposure to WIKI tool set Responsibilities Include: • Support Commercial Buyers in all support operational activities • Primary support for team with client purchasing issues • Manage/Coordinate scheduled tasks with clients and suppliers to support procurement process • Research and troubleshoot client issues associated with procurement systems (user configuration, catalog and pricing allocation and PO creation) • Educate suppliers and clients on governance and maintenance process and use of solutions: procure-to-pay and supplier management application • Perform agreement price analysis during the PO creation process • Conduct supplier and client training on Supplier Management Solution • Manage and maintain agreements in contract repository • Support procurement systems technical support with client and supplier configuration • Work directly with central services group to manage and update global reference data If you are perfect match for above req, Please email me your updated resume to freddy@pros2plan.com Freddy Padi Sr. Recruitment Manager Direct: 412-733-5... http://bull.hn/l/ZDCR/" | |||||
