"Now Hiring: Salesforce Developers in New York, NY The Opportunity                                                                                                                                                                  The SFDC Technical Development Lead will play a key technical leadership role for the high growth Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain a new Salesforce.com CRM solution. This technical lead will play a crucial role in various aspects of the Salesforce.com integration and implementation including architecture, design, development, system testing, and user acceptance testing. You will lead the effort to document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of this new Salesforce.com solution.      Qualifications   Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                  Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Oversee current SLX application environment while setting vision and standards for the development and integration of new Salesforce.com solution Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support Salesforce.com applications and integrations Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Java technologies, Web Services, etc. Provide support on the existing Saleslogix CRM Applications and supporting technologies during implementation of the new Salesforce.com application Manage data migration and data cleansing from existing applications and spreadsheets into new Salesforce.com application Serve as the systems integration and data migration expert during the implementation phase of the new Salesforce.com project Ensure Production CRM support team follows best practices when architecting, programming or documenting solutions.  This includes creating standards and documentation and leveraging processes to ensure all development staff follow the same Develop resource allocation and planning through project planning, staff hiring, staff supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team, implementation partners, 3rd party vendors and other technology teams to ensure appropriate infrastructure selection, maintenance and that policies and procedures are in place to support the CRM application environment Provide the highest level support for production applications Communicate development status on a regular basis to VP, Application Development and stakeholders while escalating any identified risks Recommend cost effective technology solutions for business challenges Ensure the on-time delivery of enhancements or modifications to ongoing production CRM systems Experience architecting complex large scale systems incorporating packaged and custom applications Manage a team of develop... http://bull.hn/l/10MZS/4"
