Manufacturing Master Data Analysis Consultant in Chicago, IL Pros2Plan is now hiring for a Position of  Manufacturing Master Data Analysis Consultant   Direct Client YES Industry Food and Beverages Position Manufacturing Master Data Analysis Location Chicago Duration 10 months Possible extension of 1 year Vertical Consumer Goods Start Date March 4th 2013 Monday Modules   W2 Rate $35 per hour No of Positions 1 Bill Rate: $45 to $55.00 Corp to Corp Job Detailed Description WORK PRODUCT  Manufacturing Master Data Analysis – Work with manufacturing project team on Molded Fiber Conversion to SAP.  The job is to take direction from the leads, work with data extracted from JDE and improve the quality for loading into SAP.   POSITION DESCRIPTION Analyst will work with our project team consisting of internal IT and business personnel to work on master data pertaining to Manufacturing.  We are converting 6 to 8 sites in 2013 from legacy systems to SAP.  Data will be extracted from those legacy systems and populated into templates.  This role is to work with the data, team and business groups to improve the quality, insure the completeness and keep to a specific timeline.  Data will be anything from BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, WIP, Raw Materials, Finish Goods and other data related to SAP.   This individual will also have the chance to travel with the team during our go-live support for the locations.    2.a   EXPERIENCE   2 to 4 years experience in SAP More than 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Access/Excel Experience in SAP MM/PP modules – Knowledge of the data structures   2.b  PREFERRED SKILLS   Must be able to take direction from others Ability to work independently and collaboratively Microsoft tools (Access/Excel) Well spoken.  Will be working with folks from directors/managers down to shop floor personnel   2.c  RESPONSIBILITIES   Translate business requirements/direction into master data completion/quality Responsible for multiple data files for the conversion Must keep to specific timelines Develop project documentation for data templates/processes for updating and supporting project If necessary, create test plans, and perform unit and system testing for data loads   2.d   OTHER SKILLS, PREFERENCES OR RESPONSIBLITIES (LIST HERE)   Willingness to learn.  Important to understand that Pactiv has a way of doing things and custom process that meet the business needs Ability to travel.  If the individual can learn Pactiv’s way, there is the opportunity to travel with the team to the go-lives and support those plants from both a data and functional process Spanish would be helpful ( 1 plant is based in Mexico)   Preferred  Consultants who are located in Chicago Interview Process Freddy does Skype Interview and passes it to Debbie Rose for Technical Skype Interview.
