This is a long term project in Peoria, IL Responsibilities: • Minimum of 7 years hands-on PeopleSoft experience (version 8.x and 9.x) • Ability to apply comprehensive HCM application knowledge to provide guidance to the functional team • Experience with HRMS • PeopleSoft 8.8 or above upgrade experience • Development experience with Oracle • Experience with STAT, Cognos ReportNet, and PeopleSoft EPM • Will manage all reporting and data analysis tasks for the PeopleSoft and Cognos Reporting solution. • They must have past PeopleSoft reporting experience to include PS Query, SQR, and Crystal. • Oversees the analysis of reporting requirements and implementing appropriate user friendly reporting and analysis solutions using the Cognos BI tools • Preference is for this person to also have experience with Cognos BI tool or similar Oracle BI tool at least Required Skills: • Business Intelligence, Cognos, Data Warehouse support, PeopleSoft reporting lead experience • Experience with online applications and systems, ability to work with new applications as a "superuser", for example Cognos or Hyperion reporting systems, SAS analytical reporting software, PeopleSoft HR or Finance query writing and reporting tools, etc • Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data structures • Proficiency with PeopleSoft Query and Workforce Analytics preferred • This position is also responsible for data profiling of source systems such as Hyperion Planning, Peoplesoft HR Development experience in the following areas: SQL, SQR, nVision, PeopleTools 8.49 or above (Integration Broker, Web Services, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Designer, Application Engine, and Data Mover) is an added Advantage If your candidates are available and comfortable with the requirement, please do respond with updated word format resume with contact details and an all inclusive rate ASAP.
