Group: IT Recruiters Subject: Thomas McKenna Jr. posted a job: "IT Project Manager in Lincolnshire, IL The responsibilities include  • Running Business and IT Management and communications • Supporting Demand Management Process • Supporting Program Portfolio Management • Project Intake and Definition Process • Project Estimate Gathering • Project Execution • Running Special Ad Hoc Requests Maturity: • 18 months old • The team consist of 12 - 17 Project Managers, 1 Project Coordinator and 1 Program Manager • The team has completed work on projects since it’s existence. • CPMO – Navigate Methodology Base • We support Waterfall Methodology but works with teams that follow Agile • The Methodology followed leans more towards a list of templates/artifacts than a detailed, process orientated methodology • Who we support • Currently we support 11 + Business Units. We primarily support POS and Payment Systems work streams but also run projects spanning multiple work streams (eComm, IC+, Loyalty, etc). Key Needs: Strong Communication Skills (written, verbal, listening) Problem Solving and Conflict Management Teamwork and Collaboration Project Governance and Risk Management Project Planning and Project Tracking PM Skill Set Questions: Communication Skills - Communicates effectively by expressing facts or directions in an accurate and organized manner. Listens well; solicits ideas and asks for information and opinions. Communicates in a clear, honest, and consistent manner. Solves Problems -Identifies and analyzes work-related problems in a systematic but timely manner; looks for root causes of problems and constructs rational solutions.
