Business Development Executive in Bridgewater, NJ Are you an ambitious, goal-oriented business development/sales person looking for a challenge?  We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate/Manager who is ambitious, goal-oriented and a person looking for a challenge.  Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, making outbound cold calls, identifying, qualifying and validating company decision makers, developing additional business with current customers, scheduling appointments for sales visits, coordinating with the marketing department to help develop targeted campaigns, and potentially attending open houses.  This position requires a great deal of discipline in order to get the job done and be successful.   The ideal candidate will: Effectively communicate over the phone, through mail, email and face-to-face. Forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts. Active prospecting for new customers as well as mining of existing customers. Initiate dialogue with group managers and decision-makers.    Be able to generate and qualify excellent customer leads to prospect and develop new business opportunities. Respond efficiently to inquiries of potential clients and provide them proper information with regards to the services offered. Be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic. Develops strategies, and objectives with regard to the maintenance of present and potential clients. Maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline. Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives. Possess superior follow up skills with the ability to respond under pressure.  Be well versed with social media, especially LinkedIn, with the ability to network, research, and participate in industry groups/associations via the internet. Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners. Coordinate with our global sales/recruiting teams. Junior, mid-level or senior person can apply. Education: BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or equivalent is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.   Advance level training will be provided to qualified candidate.  Other Skills: Must have basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/2000/XP, Outlook and have knowledge using spreadsheets and word processing programs (preferably, Microsoft Word and Excel).  Company Overview: cyberThink is one of the premier providers of Professional Staffing Services in the United States.
