If you are currently engaged on a project or the role does not fit your profile, please advise us of your availability or the desired role and rate.    Sr. Business Systems Analyst (36358686)     Contract Position  Toronto, ON    Job Description    One of Modis clients is currently looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a contract position.      Required Qualifications    Mandatory:  -          Highly developed workshop facilitation and communiation skills  -          Proven ability to facilitate workshops with participants ranging across a broad range of roles involved in the conduct of work. (eg. Directors, Supervisors, Clerks, Field Technicians, Operational Support Reps)  -          Prior experience with Work and Asset Management projects  -          Proven ability to followup with workshop participants to ensure open questions are answered, issues resolved and deliverables within the scope of the role are signed off  -          Proven business consulting or IT experience (minimum 8 years) in system development and implementation  -          Strong analytical and problem solving skills  -          Strong interpersonal and self directed skills to work well within project and across business/IT functional teams  -          Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal/written) and  presentation skills  -          Demonstrated skills in building consensus, negotiation and conducting workshops with clients  -          Experience in developing  requirements input to RFPs or other procurement processes, developing vendor and product evalution criteria and participating in the vendor and product evaluation process  -          Ability to lead, develop and monitor activities of less senior business and technical staff  -          Able to follow established business analysis methodologies/processes and contribute to evolutions/changes  -          Technical Skills:  expert with all Microsoft Office products, able to use data modelling tools, processes and  approaches and knowledge of development tools for reporting, ELT, integration, mail, web based and languages.    Nice to have:  -          Gas company or Utility  experience  -          Experience in conducting workshops which include personnel who are not standard office workers.   Send your resume to konstantina.kyrtsos@modis.com http://bull.hn/l/145LT/4"
