This position offers a great opportunity to build on customer facing and technical support skills, and the opportunity to gain some experience from within a supportive and well respected organisation. The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be to act as an initial point of contact for a high volume of calls with a friendly and professional manner, and to log, resolve if possible, or assign those calls to other teams within the business. You will need to be an excellent team player as they will be working within a large service desk environment.
