"Manning Global Role & Responsibility Statement Role Title: Candidate Resourcing Manager – Based Zagreb (Office to be determined) Date of Issue: April 2013 Reports To: Sales Director / CEO To take full line management responsibility for all Resourcers and Senior Resourcers within the team /function : Selecting and recruiting to meet the needs of the business. Identifying training and developing needs and putting in place development plans to develop Resourcers into senior resource roles or sales roles as appropriate. Coaching and developing to increase their knowledge/skills and competence level. Conducting daily and weekly team meetings to share sales information, agree sales activities and manage performance. Conducting monthly 1-2-1’s to monitor performance against activity targets and role objectives. Conducting annual and interim appraisals to provide direction/feed-back and agree training and development needs. Inducting new starters and managing probation periods. Monitoring activity of individuals and to initiate formal capability process where relevant. To provide a weekly statistical information on current requirements activity. To ensure teams/team members understand and apply all corporate and business procedures in accordance with the business and law. To manage in terms of profitability the roles that are given priority to be worked on and to manage the resourcers expectations accordingly. To assist your superiors in delivering initiatives within the division i.e. training, competitions etc To ensure all activity is added to the system in accordance with business rules. To be responsible for the output accuracy and high standards. Ensure personal and team collaboration with other Operating Units/Internal departments to maximize business opportunities and resolve issues affecting business performance. To be involved in ad hoc projects and any other out of scope work as and when required. Knowledge Skills & Competencies: Essential Sales Background within a call center environment Croation and English fluent, written and spoken Proven Leadership ability of a team greater than 10 people. Communication: Verbal, written, high level presentations, Commercial Awareness. Good judgement. Team work. Pro-activity. Desirable Recruitment Industry knowledge German Language ability candidate resourcing experience Qualifications & Experience: Sales Management experience, ideally in a ‘call centre’ environment Ideally Recruitment experience from a recruitment agency in IT and Telco Proven effective leadership and communication Entrepreneurial, determined, target driven"
