An entry level project/program manager - IT typically has a Bachelors degree in a computer related major with broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems and technologies. As the levels progress, the years experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 2. The technical skills, including using computer technology to meet the needs of the organization, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 3. Responsibilities: * The person will have to evaluate the impact of a project on ICT daily operations. * The person will have to make sure that the project deliverables fit the service organisation perfectly and take decisions to do so. * At Project-closure, he will serve as a quality gate to make sure the deliverables are handed over to operations perfectly Technical skills: * Hands-on Project Manager experience * Software Development Project : Full life-cycle knowledge & experience * ITIL certification & experience mandatory * Prince2 and/or PMI certification & experience mandatory * PMO member experience is an asset. * Process Owner Background is an asset. * Peregrine skills is an asset. * .Net/Java skills is an asset.
