Essential Criteria * 4+ years full cycle recruitment experience * Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, including direct sourcing ability, and excellent networking skills; * Strong IT/Finance/e-commerce knowledge highly preferable * Determination, the ability to work with tight deadlines and a great attention to detail; * Ability to deal with senior clients; * Comfortable with cold-calls and lead generation; * Ability to network by telephone and industry conferences; * Familiar with working to monthly sales revenue targets; * Self-motivated and keen desire to over achieve client's expectations; * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous 'live' recruitment projects; * Comfortable with occasional international trade shows and conferences.
