PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Find and drive new business through the entire sales cycle from targeting an account through placing multiple employees. Identify new opportunities Achieve and exceed KPI's and your plan This position will involve both inside and outside sales. You should be prepared for all aspects of selling in a new division including: Cold calling and prospect qualification Attending industry events and sales networking events Meeting with clients in your territory Managing prospects through the sales cycle to closure and ramp up Tracking all sales activity in our CRM system Proactive candidate marketing Creatively promoting and building brand awareness in the sector POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated achievements in: Key Account Relationship Management Strategic Sales and Market Planning Territory Budgeting and Forecasting New Product and Service Rollouts Work Experience: 5 + years professional work experience in IT, preferably focused on selling IT or Healthcare staffing applications, consulting, infrastructure or managed services. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers including navigating online and using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Experience using a CRM system is a plus Commitment to constant personal improvement"
