Send me resume at Ashiq.Jivani@trigyn.com "Here are the position details: Title: Siebel Business Analyst Location: Queens, NY Duration: 6 months contract Job Description: • Provide and apply Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Siebel best practices to process and system implementations as the Siebel functional subject matter expert (SME) • Plan, prepare and facilitate customer workshops/interviews to collect, analyze and document business requirements, business processes, business rules and workflows. Map them to functional solutions. • Document use cases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and end-user training materials • Plan and participate in UAT, end-user training and production support • Provide leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing • Understand and apply Siebel eRoadmap methodology Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas of study • Minimum 5 years of IT experience • Minimum 3 years of Siebel business analyst experience in implementing at least 2 full lifecycle Siebel implementations • Experience in Siebel Helpdesk/Call Center in version 7.7 or higher • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Oracle Certified Siebel 8.x training Desired Skills: • Knowledge of Siebel Analytics • Knowledge of Siebel Public Sector • Certification Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 • Familiarity with online collaboration and remote support tools such as WebEx, GotoAssist, etc. • Certification in Siebel 8.x Kindly send me updated resume along with following details: • Current Location: • Relocation: • Contact #: • Email ID: • Rate: • Work Authorization: • Availability: Please feel free to call or email me for any further details you may need.
