"RF Engineers are needed on a contract basis in Belgium .On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a RF Engineers on contract basis in Belgium. Fluent English and work eligibility is required for the application. Responsibilities •Realization of network planning and optimization projects for GSM/UMTS/LTE networks. •Take in charge of the RF planning including link budget, simulation, and radio parameters design for GSM/UMTE/LTE networks. •Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach. •Development of NP&NO guidelines and process for projects purposes •Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance. •RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance. •Technical communication and clarification (e.g. RF planning workshop) with customers and subcontractors. •Technical support to pre-sales project on RNP&O issues and communication with customers.
