"SThree is currently looking for an experienced Contracts Recruitment Consultant to join our Huxley Associates brand, specifically looking at the Banking technology market. The Huxley contracts team is looking to quadruple in size over the next year, offering the right candidate real opportunity for growth and making this the perfect position for someone looking for a highly visible role offering high earning potential and a fast track to management. The role itself is to cover the IT and Banking contracts market across the Midwest- this is a largely untapped market with a strong client list and large candidate pool making this a highly lucrative opportunity. We work with most of the large names in the industry so ideally you will have experience working with multinational organizations and managing MSP relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant to join in our success, particularly if you want to progress your career within one of the world's largest, organically grown businesses. 98% of our senior management team started at Trainee or Consultant level and since we operate on a meritocratic basis, you're the one in the driving seat.
